CLASS IS IN SESSION
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Learning and development is an optimal way to show employees that organizations value them; it should be planned with a human approach in mind. Learning objectives go nowhere without engagement, which requires intentionality. Intentionality can be the difference between employees attending training to “check the box” and them seeking development to break out of one to take your organization to innovative heights. We design all learning solutions with “box breaking” in mind.
COACHING
There’s an important difference between a cheerleader and a coach. A cheerleader plans and offers motivational support whether you’re winning or losing. A coach uses strategy, prior knowledge, and observation to help you play the game. Tyauna is a Gallup-Trained CliftonStrengths ® coach, and she can help you discover how naming, aiming, and claiming your strengths can improve your personal and professional mindset and habits.
